Where to start with my commercial property search?

I'm at a loss for what the type of commercial property i'm searching for would be called?  This is not an advertisement....

Commercial(Not in residential zone)

Garage door access(but not a tire and lube shop)

Small office/Small customer entry area.

Minimal square footage. 

I'm picturing a building that has a lot of these in one large complex.

Anyone have any insight on the type of property this is?

This type of property is called flex space, or light industrial or light warehouse depending on who is naming and where it is located. Good luck in your search.
