Hello all, I am a 22 year old male currently working for a real estate data and analytics company in upstate NY.  

You can own 10 crappy properties that bring you nothing but grief or you can own 2 superb paid for and cash flowing properties with long-term tenants that are grateful to live in your house.  

I am highly analytical, passionate for RE, and have capital ready.

I am very analytical too and love to run the numbers.

I try and discount some night just to get the couple bookings I have gotten via AirBNB.Homeaway is also constantly rolling out new improvements to the website and app.They now have pricing tools and other analytic that show competitors pricing with graphs and charts.They also show if someone did an inquiry and booked another property and you can see what the other property is to see the competition.

I am currently looking for multi families and am very analytical.
