I don't mean to suggest $200 a month in cashflow is a bad return its actually amazing, but the expectations should be clear and understood in my experience.  

Please make sure you get a structural engineer to give you suggestions on what to do. 

A nice looking desk and a chair (Borrowed from your own house) and a faux potted plant in a bedroom that suggests the perfect office. 

I would suggest calling them and asking for their redemption process, and take DETAILED NOTES. 

These numbers suggest this could be a strong buy-and-hold investment, assuming the market supports your rent and expense estimates.Good luck!

I've seen posts on here from a few years ago about rental portfolio dashboards, but all seem to be inconclusive or suggest a software subscription to have such a reporting tool. 

The only item I would suggest is double check the payment terms of the your HELOC... in particular, can you pay interest only or are you required to pay a portion of principle each month on the amount utilized.

My suggestion is to be patient and thoughtful. 

If you allow this to continue, they will only get worse over time, and your losses will increase.I suggest you hire an attorney.
