Has anyone have any experience acquiring multifamily property using a SBA loan like to get your thoughts?

I'm trying to gauge your level of experience as I want to make sure my opinions/suggestions about STL S8 properties relate to you.

I'm a pretty handy guy but this would be outside of my realm, but my experience helps me understand how much this type of improvement should cost.Improvements: remodel kitchen and bathroom, paint interior, fix exterior scafolding.How should I go about finding a contractor?

That experience made me realize I want to dive deeper into this space.Right now, I’m in the research phase—figuring out locations, property types, and strategies while working on funding and budgeting.

I’d really appreciate any advice or experiences you can share.

We were wondering if it would be best for him to get the degree or to drop out and focus on making money and getting experience in real estate instead (or try and do both)?
