I will be joining this boot camp on the next session.

I’m actually doing a BP Live session tomorrow (Monday 6/18) at 4:00pm ET to explore 7 different paths to invest in commercial real estate.  

I have done many listening sessions on YouTube with a gentleman who owns over 4,000 apartments and I have learned very much from him about apartment housing and believe his preaching that is negative about household rental units is fairly good and believable. .I agree about the unoccupied units in SFH's is much more negative when a vacancy happens versus one unit in an apartment complex. 

This is nothing more than a venting session on my part and an opportunity for you all to share your frustrating experiences as well!  

@Dan Bryant ...you might want to join the Triangle REIA (TREIA), and attend our Triangle Deal Maker Sessions (not affiliated with TREIA) which meets once a month.

I am sure if Sessions can he will disrupt.

I am putting together a podcast that would take a deal, run it through a Q&A and review process, outline and set up someone with an executable strategy (if one exists), and send them on their merry way.Post here or DM me if you have a deal you'd like to do a one on one 30 minute session, totally free advice, you just have to agree to be on a podcast, relatively easy, via skype. 

I have not attended one of their sessions yet but their round ups are free.

@Dan Marshall —I recommend you join TREIA and Triangle Deal Maker Sessions ( go to MeetUp for DMS).

The course I went with 10 hour sessions, Saturday and Sunday for 3 weeks and that was it.
