Check the local University if you have one...they may have a real estate dept. that puts out quarterly reports.There may even be some professors who can provide some insight.We have on here in Portland.

After I read the thread “10 reasons people are successful in business†that got into a long, spirited debate where among other things the necessity of the coaching/mentoring/guru was called into question I got fired up.Obviously there is a need for trainers just like there’s a need for professors at a university.

. :)The list of technology patents/items they owned and gave up is staggering: digital cameras, online photo transfer......I am no professor of the future or speculator any means.

I'm a personal trainer and exercise science professor and love what I do so I'll likely shift to a less stressful part-time schedule.

Rent it to visiting professors instead of students. 

They had a great mentorship program, a lot of meet ups, and every professor in my major had great experience in RE.
