Digging down is extremely pricey. 

If the software is not simplifying your life or making you more accurate, you shouldn't use it.Software does have extremely helpful features like online payments, marketing syndication (click a button and your property is advertised on multiple sites), electronic document review/signing, maintenance tracking, and owner reports.

I know Hunter is busy, but it seems like something more needs to be in place for people that have just onboarded, though maybe I'm just not being patient enough as I'm sure they onboarded a surge of people in conjunction with the really excellent production.  

She actually was a junior attorney in the closing of my house and decided to no longer practice law and become a realtor instead,  her legal knowledge is extremely helpful.When you are buying you can use my strategy.

Hey @John FriendasI have purchased 4 of my Co-Living (rent by room) properties with DSCR, 1 of them within the last few months.Not that I necessarily recommend this, but there are short-term-rental DSCR products.

California has extremely high home prices, Taxes and HOA's in some places.

There are only 3 reviews on their website which are all extremely generic and I think aren't real.  

They see a renewal of the current business tax rates, regulation and permitting rules getting slashed, tax code being simplified, and federal deficits on a one-way ticket down the elevator (which are a longterm drag on economic productivity).Just look at the growth in tax code complexity over the last 20 years.
