Denver was hit pretty hard due to the presence of telecom - a lot of fiber companies went down the tubes. 

I can't tell fully but it looks like Radiant Heating.They warm fluid and then circulate it in tubing that runs in the floors of the home.

Personally I only look at aviation stuff on U tube .. and that's rarely.. and don't use snap whatever that is insta grammer and or tweeting.. none of that for me.. just e mail  scanner  printer that's all in need to take care of my business needs.. :)  I did like facebook though to catch up on old high school friends and i enjoy when my kids and grand-kids post pictures of them on trips etc..

It also had a "big" curtain rod (decorative steel tube type) and curtains for the big window in the living room. 

Yep, you can kiss TV and You-Tubing good-bye now ;-)

I’ve read books on it, listen to pod casts and watched you tube videos to better understand.

On you tube there are some good videos explaining things from UDirectIRA, KKOS Lawyers/Mark Kohler, Matt Sorenson and others.

go on you tube watch has many as you can of a guys channel : Wholesale to Millions( start with this)    and also the Flipman wholesaler that should help you get a good picture

I look at properties all the time and I see the condition of many properties around here that are "professionally" managed where the repairs are unbelievably shoddy, the cheapest indoor/outdoor carpet is used for flooring, they often have galvanized plumbing, and still have sections of knob and tube electrical.
