Hi from lil' ole Kingston, WA, across the water from Seattle. Ive come here by way of HI to SF to WA :). Currently have 2 properties under my belt, both in SF, both buy and hold strategies (one residential, one commercial). Im looking at expanding into the BRRR game. I also have this dream of getting a group of investors together and buying a bunch awesome vacation rentals around the world and doing a sort of timeshare, but where you make money...
