It is inspiring to see someone who took the plunge and is so successful full time in REI.If you don't mind sharing.

Been listening to the podcasts for 6 or so months now, before I decided to take the plunge and join BP. 

After some major life changes, I have plunged head-first into REI.

I am on the verge of taking the plunge in REI here in Austin, Tx and wanted to introduce myself and perhaps find a few folks to distribute risk as we learn this process together; primarily buy and holds.Currently, I work for a LARGE warehouse lender, specializing in risk mgmt, rate pricing, and hedging strategies.

It got to the point where I knew that I had to just take the plunge and decided that I would be capable of putting in the hard work to become successful.

I would suggest soaking up a few meetings and meeting some people before you take the plunge.  

I had the opportunity today to take the plunge on a program known a the House Flipping Formula by Justin Williams.

Read a couple of books on the subject before you take the plunge, or you will be paying "seminar dues".

One day, I just decided to take the plunge, as long as there was nothing massively wrong with the asset I was buying.

You better look for a partner to take the plunge and hope you did all your due diligence before you bought that house.
