What’s your process for vetting and selecting the right people for your team?

Wondering what the process looks like for getting a conventional loan for an out-of-state deal.

. :)We definitely want to invest in true vacation rentals as well but this will be a good learning process with not as much risk to start.  

I am interested in talking to someone about the process of funding via DSCR the acquisition of a property currently being run as a PadSplit.

I found a few that I liked and Melissa was able to help me quickly identify which ones were best for me and proceed with the purchasing process.

We also allow users to amend a post at any time with additional information by replying to that post again, just like what happened here.We have no plans to change how the forums work as it pertains to the deletion of posts. 

Everyone in real estate will be incentivized to upcharge your friend along the process hurting profitiability. 

I ask to take a walk through and document the current condition as my agreement states they can not damage the property during this process. and of course don't give them anything until you have walked through verified they are out and have voluntarily handed over keys. 

My wife and I are in the process of starting a stem education center and I have leased a 1,200 sqft space that is apt for that which is at an upcoming shopping area.
