Unrealized equity is nice, but doesn't really do much for you except make you feel good when you tell someone how much equity you have.

Probably not; I've done pretty well myself from them, and you're a smart and nice guy so I would be shocked if you *weren't* killing it!

It's always nice to have an opportunity come your way. 

This is significantly lower than the mid west in the US.A really nice thing over there is that rents are often payed once per year.Dubai have a very consentrated power and decision organ which leads to very low predictability.

But it would be nice to have access to the software and a place to basically wholesale the ones you don't want for yourself.

The team members I've worked with are super nice, but I have to ask, are there significantly better turn key provider deals to be had with a little more patience/perhaps better expectations set from me?

He said it looks nice and resists scratches from pets.  

You want to show them what a nice landlord you are and help them get back on their feet.

I'd venture to guess your tenant is a criminal or drug addict of some sort.There's some truth in your thought but he's actually a really nice hard working young man.
