-We have our contract but I think he wants to use his.I'm definetly outting my novice-ness out there but...HELP

I've purchased a Stevens ness quit claim deed and would look to one of you with experience filling one of these out to throw out some pointers as I don't want to screw this up.

Now I am trying to move to the next step and take equity out of my property to go toward purchasing more properties, but my only problem is find banks willing to take a chance on a young entrepreneur like myself; being that I just graduated college and am in debt from student loans (I can write a book about the OVERRATED-NESS of a Bachelors Degree). 

.$5-6k, cosmetic stuff like removing all the damaged carpet and replacing with laminate and fixing sheet rock/painting and other pretty-ness.

Hey @Brandon Ness - can you define what you mean by "Best" location? 

i will attached the water bill and some photos of crayons, wall paper damage and general dirty-ness to the hard-copies I mail the tenants.

Forgive my "Newbie-ness".

I've looked at some properties in Baltimore city which look intriguing because I could afford them with cash but given the areas they were in and their condition I couldn't identify an exit strategy for the property that was likely to make me a profit (probably due to my newbie-ness). 

@Todd Baldwin your creative-ness and ability to see money in places where most would look the other way is astonishing!
