This was my first investment home, and I was a little nervous with the idea of buying a property without seeing it.

I’ve been studying the strategy for awhile but I’m still nervous about doing trying ut. 

I'm very nervous/anxious about the refi since it's so unpredictable & 6 months out!

Ooh OohYou're making me nervous now hahaWe are looking forward to serving your vision Andrew.Thanks for being super prompt with our process and what is required to take the next step.Please keep in mind that Ohio Cashflow/our market and properties aren't for everyone so don't get disappointed if thing's don't work out and we mutually decide that taking the next step is not the right thing to do.To be honest, this tends to happen more often than the other way around but don't forget that even in those moments every decision is made with the investors best interests at heart.I'm super glad tho that you are considering Ohio Cashflow again after we initially connected almost 2 years.I've always said that "all good things take time" and what was once just a dream is now one of the most reputable and best branded turnkey companies in the country...

Regarding the bedroom count, I say "five bedrooms" because if I advertise 6 I am nervous that the county will come after me and shut me down for advertising more than what it's permitted as.

That makes me very nervous.

I've had such bad experiences in the past with dogs in a different fully furnished short term rental where we originally allowed dogs-- swimming in a decorative pond and disconnecting the filter, killing the koi, chewing up a couch and other soft furnishings, scratching a newly installed hardwood door and ruining the finish, digging giant holes in the yard and landscaping.... thousands of dollars of damage, really, in a very short time, which is why I have a strict no pets policy, and am particularly nervous about dogs on the property.

Nervous for my first question.
