I really like getting real textbooks and workbooks - and like the video lecture format - sorta like being in a classroom (without all the other students). 

I have learned more by listening to BP podcasts, reading the posts by investors on BP; and, by attending investor meet up FREE lectures.  

I loved his lecture about conflice in business... something like...

Recently in 2015 I have been attended multiple seminars, video conferences, lectures, classroom type events, and tons of other things expanding my knowledge base in real estate.Plan on doing business in Phoenix area expanding to Flagstaff and Prescott as opportunities are discovered.

Some people NEED a lecture/instructor environment...others are disciplined enough to do self-study.I apologize if CA rules differ from what i say above, just offering some general feedback.Thanks,

Ok, I won’t lecture you on this mess as you’re probably having a rough time.

After two months of paying $100 for this brokerage's so called superior training program, I had only been offered 2 in office group lectures about how to write a contract.

My father always lectured me on that as kid...

We'll save the lecture on leverage for another day!

Any recommendations on books/ lectures/webinars,etc. that I can access to learn more about the process in purchasing a foreclosure property?
