I suppose it would be possible to do the BRRRR strategy but at this point in time, I don’t have a ton of time to oversee the rehab.

There's always buying opportunities but in times like these, it tends to be more niche, which requires you to have a more specific strategy with goals in mind.

I was just thinking about my other career in construction and realizing I have struggled many, many times and I always told myself I don't need help in that area.If I could go back in time and pay another, older contractor a lot of money to teach me everything, I'd be have got here much, much faster.So the fallacy is to think that all the answers are right here on BP.
