I am looking for a paid internship with a realty company or property manager job.

The question is: Should I focus more on school (both mentally and financially) and hope to gain an internship down the road or should I "bite the apple" and hope for the best while attending to both RE and my degree?

I figured I had an internship with P&G I could take all that money, fix the house up and then sell it.

yeah, thank you, honestly what sparked my interest was a couple ads from a company called Renatus, but after further research i deemed it slightly deceiving but i think meeting people would really help, Id like to find some sort of internship over the summer to learn more, thanks!

I've been getting slot of responses like see me when you get licensed guess I'm just going to have to wait to dive in head first how about internships?

That said try to see if you can get an internship in the flying if not airline industry.

One has work relocation and the other is a college student that has job internship.

Based on that background, I'd say the following would be most applicable: Know the #s:- Accounting courses- financial modeling classes (now I'm doing deal syndication I wish I had taken more financial modeling courses) - specific real estate courses (as @Matt Devincenzo mentioned those CCIM courses have very good reviews) Connect with people: - public speaking (taking a stand up comedy class is like Public Speaking on steroids) - psychology classes and books (why do people do what they do) Be a good manager: - Business management (as you already mentioned) - Experience DOING or being exposed to it with an internship or job shadowing That said, my OVERALL advice is to find people who are doing these things and actually do it with them or closely watch them do it (then do it).
