I have also done meal prep companies in the past and they work great but they are more expensive.

You don't want to deduct too many "business meals" for example.From my experience talking with banks so far, it is much easier to get loans when you are employed. 

For example, I have a lot of travel rewards from company travel that I can use for personal use, I have an entertainment budget for customers, I have a company car/gas, I get comped meals during the week.

Some of these group home offer meals, personal supplies, assisting in medications, and so forth.
