2019 Time Management Tips

This year I set some high real estate goals for myself and I am realizing that I don’t have time to do everything as I planned. So, I started to make some little changes that would allow me to better manage my time.

Changes:

Amazon Fresh Delivery

  • Instead of going to the going to the grocery store I use Amazon Fresh delivery. This service allows you to order your groceries online and have them delivered to your door for a small monthly fee added to your amazon account. This saves me time form driving to the grocery store going up and down the aisles. I also feel like I don’t forget items I intended to purchase as much. This saves me anywhere from 30 mins to 1 hour a week at the grocery store. I have also done meal prep companies in the past and they work great but they are more expensive.

Audible

  • Instead of reading hard copy of books I started listening to audible books on my morning commutes. This allows me to drive and listen to my real estate books hand free while I drive through traffic. This can give me 5 extra hours of reading/listening time per week. I also listen to podcasts in between books.

Timed Workouts

  • I go to the gym just to remain healthy not to become a bodybuilder. Before I would just work out until I was tired and call it a day. Now I time my workout to make sure I am not at the gym longer than I need to be. I usually try to workout at least 4 times a week so this can save me about 4 hours a week in excess gym time.

I am curious as to what things do the BP community does to save or manage time better. Please share.
