I have taught at the college and university level, if you'd visit the site you'd see it's not guru stuff, no fluff, no puffing, just hard core educational materials, of course with much less condescending and insulting remarks, LOL.

It's fully lawful IF you intend to move in, which you just said you didn't, so FHA probably is not the route for you to go.Some of the hardcore REI types are like nomads, moving from place to place using FHA financing and 3.5% down, refinancing, rinse/repeat.
