What are you hoping to learn/glean from BP?

Failed in the sense that the gains were minimal and headaches maximal, but the experience gleaned sticks with me today.I want to throw out some basic stats and initial thoughts about my position, and would be curious as to any insight passed along by the BP REI vets.

Looking for a good RE Lawyer in the area, and without being able to go and glean from the local investor groups, I am sourcing other ways...Need a local bank too!

It's more geared to entire homes but you might be able to glean some context for your house hack from it as well.  

The purpose of this post is to identify the Total Available Market (TAM) for all these asset classes, where the current owners are located, what year the units were built, and to see if it is possible to glean any market dynamics from the data.

Monthly debt obligations appearing on credit report:$60/mo (one credit card, $2900 remaining balance)I will also have some taxes owed for last year -- not on the credit report but can be gleaned from 2018 tax returns.

It's VERY important actually, as you'll glean from what's below...IMHO, if you own property close enough to the Pacific Ocean to enjoy any of the coastal climate that we enjoy, unless it's the absolute last option, don't sell for a loss.
