You could have pipes in the wall that freeze, so avoid this by keeping it at room temperature.Keep the fridge on.

Also, every house comes furnished and a lot of accommodating for different items that would never be considered in the US, i.e. negotiating hard/soft bed, larger fridge, installing oven & installing a dryer.

If I just build a house that sort of looks like it could be multi family, such as, a house that is split into two, but doesn't have an additional range (still has an additional fridge and sink), would USDA be okay with this?
