So, long story short, I got all the information from this buyer and hung up the phone feeling energized.

Because maybe the government will do something like...oh, I don't know....maybe take Fannie and Freddie out of conservatorship....that would probably re-energize the stock and RE market and all the money turnover that happens from it will push the economy even higher.

It will get you energized and may be focus you a little bit towards RE investing, and it will enable you to start step by step if you would like to.

So at the end of the first year, that 35% is really closer to 140%...and like the Energizer Bunny, it keeps on going.

I really hope this energizes a new investor in whatever their current goal is.

And I've seen electrical panels that were unsafe to energize, so a forced air system might not be able to get electric for the blower.
