Offer contract with an agent will be a standard vacant land OTP and they should provide you with a sample copy before you list and go over it all with you so there's no surprises.

As of today, the contractor just notified me that the 3 underground fuel tanks have been taken out, the large pits are now backfilled and samples of soil have been sent out to the lab for testing.
