You ignore the DNC at your peril, once I got 2 demand letters in the same month I paid them and decided to take it seriously.

And anytime you have that cheap of lots that are buildable you can get a building boom that will far surpass normal absorption liike what we are seeing now or saw what 3 years ago  or so.. builders / GCs taking on 50 jobs at once with no hope of ever being able to deliver simply not enough subs and such to keep up.  

We don't accept letters from three years ago or some quack on the phone with a credit card reader.

At the moment I'm still some time away from investing in Lisbon although I'm interested to find out how you're looking for those deals -Are you using estate agents, a property listing site or direct marketing in the form of letters / door hangers? 

Then I search the county records by their name to see if I can find their primary residence which is where you can send a letter.

Micromarketing - build smaller lists and write personal, targeted letters or postcards.

If your credit is pulled for any reason, you will have to complete a letter of explanation and possibly provide more documents to show that no new debt was incurred.

'Your best bet is to wholesale for now- you find a super good deal (how are the yellow letters coming?)  

This method is simple, free, and fast.You could also provide deposit slips, so tenants can deliver their payment directly to the bank.
