When bored I cruise neighborhoods just so I can know whats in there, I enjoy exterior and interior home design and real admire well done projects of all scales.

I live in Forsyth County and have been cruising the C neighborhoods but for a newbie where would you start?  

BTW, Boeing is cooling a bit but we still have Volvo building, Mercedes expanding their van plant and more cruise ship stop-overs for more tourists.

Robert Hanson Even though some people can say this strategy works well for them, I find it to be very time consuming to cruise around town searching for sale by owner signs and vacant homes with "hopes" to find a motivated seller.
