I screen individual dogs (of any breed) with an in-person evaluation before accepting their owners as my tenants.

We screen heavy and have never not got paid.

Tell the PMC to screen *thoroughly* for quality tenants even if it takes a bit of time.

As long as you are in a decent area and do proper screening, you will be fine in NJ.
