I'm selling my family's boutique Tuscany residence / small hotel, it's an agriturismo in Maremma with 40ha of land, wine and olive oil produce, close to Montalcino.I'm looking for a real estate broker who deals with properties in Italy and I was wondering if any of you guys had any suggestions?

I have found big companies like that you really need a small boutique firm where the smaller spaces are their niche and they tend to put a more intense focus on your property.Just not much money in leasing especially small spaces like that so hard to find a great broker to work on it.
