I'm selling my family's boutique Tuscany residence / small hotel, it's an agriturismo in Maremma with 40ha of land, wine and olive oil produce, close to Montalcino.I'm looking for a real estate broker who deals with properties in Italy and I was wondering if any of you guys had any suggestions?

I, however, may be interested in creating a boutique MF product, which ultimately could be something a smaller time investment may desire to purchase.  

The famous 5th Avenue street offers an extensive variety of culinary options, vibrant culture and nightlife, exclusive boutiques, just a few steps from the beach. 

I have found big companies like that you really need a small boutique firm where the smaller spaces are their niche and they tend to put a more intense focus on your property.Just not much money in leasing especially small spaces like that so hard to find a great broker to work on it.

I was looking for abandoned buildings near touristic sites to fix and flip for short time rentals and maybe as boutique hotel.

Romantic, boutique hotels like the Shinola, The Foundation, The Detroit Club Hotel are plentiful that we will all once again feel comfortable in visiting.

My plan is to initially start with flipping, but the overall goal is to form a full scale real estate company including boutique development (flipping, condo conversions, single home building, small condo infill buildings, etc) along with a property management company for buy and hold properties.
