Is it worth to invest in hotel properties, now since Covid?

I was looking for abandoned buildings near touristic sites to fix and flip for short time rentals and maybe as boutique hotel. But now since Covid 19, properties might lower prices ans it also has hitted hard tourism market. This have gathered uncertainty now. Is it a good time to invest or better have patience after next yeat? Pls any advice will be highly appreciated. Thanks
