Most of all stay away from drugs and whores, as that is very bombarding at a college atmosphere.

It sounds like this would be a case by case basis depending on the quality of a property manager, with some difficult times right now I don't want to bombard my PM with unnecessary questions as I hope they would be able to handle a tenant who was unable to pay rent. 

I don't like to post other people's contact info on the forum directly as they can get bombarded.

Anyone who owns a property and has a different mailing address is getting bombarded with calls, text and old fashioned mail offers to buy.

May I ask that you please be considerate of homeowners that are being bombarded with these things? 

It also appears in my markets that NOO/high equity owners are getting bombarded with mail this past year.

I think wholesalers get a bad rap on here because there are TONS of ebooks and courses out there from "gurus" that don't really go into enough detail (mostly around the ARV and repairs area, the two most important things to know how to get numbers for) and they get bombarded with bad deals.Anyway, I've done a couple of deals here.

We are becoming increasingly desensitized by the sex, violence, and immorality we are bombarded with on a daily basis from the "entertainment" industry.

I wouldn't recommend everyone bombarding you with properties and see what sticks method.
