I'm a deep South gal at heart, specifically HOTLANTA, but circumstances moved me to Central PA and my REI blood, sweat, and tears paid off in a big, personal way.

I have been considering HomeVestors as a franchisee, but it looks like an expensive entry point that with a little blood sweat and tears I could figure most of the moving parts out myself. 

But I'm not sure about liability if people would be walking through my home to get to the roof deck, using my bathroom, drinking alcohol, etc. 

Just guessing alcohol and friends were involved. 

Sure you could small claims sue the seller, but blood/stone you get the idea.

Of course, they have a zero tolerance policy for drugs and alcohol and if the client violates it they are immediately removed.

If you don’t have RE blood or passion in ya then ya just don’t got it!

Our latest flip, which went on the market on Friday, was a lot of blood, sweat, and grind!
