While I think wordpress is certainly superior in terms of many features, you're essentially starting from scratch, whereas new bloggers on BiggerPockets have the opportunity for great exposure from the jump -- not only exposure from people, but just as important -- exposure from the search engines.Diana - What specifically are you looking for in terms of advice on getting started, though?

The Delta rep I talked to said the faucets and cartriges are the same from plumbing supply vs box stores, but the stores sometimes stock faucets with plastic drains to lower price--plumbers always say box stores sell crap (mine doesn't, but the bloggers do).
