If I had to speculate I would assume it probably has to do with a combination of being more stringent on the rental cap due to FHA guidelines and their requirements, along with wanting to preserve the building's atmosphere of being a condominium not a hotel.

First thing you must do: Be careful of what you put into the atmosphere...as long as you say you can't...the universe will give you more of 'you can't'.

Otherwise, you have P-traps, which hold water to prevent gas smells from entering the space), and a bunch of pipes open to the atmosphere but that are still sealed from the room if you put a cap on the opening. 

We felt like having a free market system of coaching would provide a competitive atmosphere that encourages the coaches and the programs offered to be optimal..... but no, you probably won't walk out with fancy brochures and catalogs of forms or programs to consider buying.....we aren't the people who see someone post on internet that they are a newbie and PM you to take you out to lunch to sell you education. 

There is also growth in dollars as the price per home flipped continues to grow as well.There is a much more professional atmosphere today.

I've bought into the ideas of financial freedom that Bigger Pockets has preached, however, I first want to find a stable job first in either a corporate or start-up atmosphere so that I can learn to be independent, be around other young & driven people, save, and most importantly learn about real estate.

I signed because of the atmosphere, the support, and the proof that if you stay with this brokerage you will become a champion.
