Other tactics do work, but overall, at 17 if the choice is to work and build up cash, or to spend time doing other things, 3 years of cash cushion will be a welcome addition to his arsenal.

We have 4,000 people joining us on the Redstone Arsenal within the next few years to come, we have a Facebook data center that will be up and running later this year, along with the new Toyota/Mazda manufacturing plant we are building! 

@Zak Perez a few local neighborhoods here in Indy that I would consider looking into are Arsenal Heights, Irvington and Little Flower. 

Last, many hard lenders are incorporating long term financing into their lending Arsenal.
