Hey everyone! Just became a member a couple days ago and thought I would introduce myself.

My name is Kyle, Im 20 years old, I’m from Minnesota and I’m looking to get into real estate. I’m currently in sales at a BMW dealer here, and I am also a part time option trader. Looking to add real estate to the arsenal on my journey to financial freedom.

I'm currently renting a home in Minneapolis and looking to buy my first place this summer when my lease ends! The plan is to get into possibly a foreclosure or maybe a fixer upper with equity in it on an FHA loan, spend the time living in it saving and fixing the cosmetics and then getting into another place while renting out the first, rinse and repeat. If anybody has any advice for this particular route that would be great, or maybe I'm completely off track. I'm all ears.

Just figured I’d let you all know a little about me and what my plan is! Thanks for reading!

Welcome @Kyle Hlavac I sold Volkswagens from 1997 to 2002 and left to get into the RE Industry.  I'm always up for meeting for coffee sometime.
