What are the best neighborhoods for turn-key investments in 2020?

Hi Everyone,

I'm an OOS investor new to Indy.

I'm looking to invest in a few properties that need small rehabs, then rent and sell them (turn-key). My expected ARV would be around 100-110K.

Which neighborhoods should I be looking at?
