If you are wanting some use that allows the public in, you'll need parking, maybe lighting, fencing, restrooms, ADA compliance, storm water retention and who knows what else depending on what you want to do on the property as well as consent of neighbors.

@Anthony Andrew Young No (and this is a national answer under the ADA) which is this...ESAs are NOT animals, they are not pets, so you can not charge additional rents or deposits.

I did see that one thing you can do is turn it into a commercial property/license but that seems cost prohibitive due to most likely having to install sprinkler systems and become ADA accessible.It seem unfortunate that Denver is missing out on all the tax revenue that could be generated by a strong STR market.Any ideas you folks have would be greatly appreciated,Sid
