I get so exited and feel so much passion when I am absorbing content, but when it comes to taking action, I am about it, all day, the thing is I have no idea where to start, or where to look where to start, although I am hoping this is a good starting point!

The cash flow is also eaten up by cap ex events (which are absorbed far easier in the higher barrier/more expensive locations where cash flow may not appear as strong).

I would start with listening to the BP and BP Rookie podcasts and absorb as many episodes as possible.

The Tenant charge is somewhere around $10 - $20 per month, so it's easy for the Tenant to absorb.

Sharing what feels like a failure is not easy, however, I must say, I have learned a lot through this process....and at least it's a cost I'm able to absorb.

We are comfortably absorbing 3%+ real rates, so why press on the gas pedal and cause inflation to reaccelerate?
