Setting up a single-member LLC is not exactly brain surgery.

When I had surgery on my back many years ago, I asked the surgeon how many of that type surgeries had he done and if I had not gotten the correct answer and if he had not been recommended by a trusted orthopedic surgeon, he would not have cut on me!

That comes from my legal and economic understandings of predatory dealing, what functions and services of all kinds are priced at, how values are compared, be it doing a tax returns as a service, or repairing a car, doing brain surgery or facilitating a sale of real estate.

Surgery/Major medical is 80% paid.

True there is huge demand but if you are dictated by the government on what parts you can use for surgeries and they cut your pricing to the bone for volume it's not longer that attractive of a profession or many.

I wonder why a butcher at the meat counter can't write a book on how to conduct brain surgery in this country, I think it has something to do with the American Medical Association.

Everyone in Lima was screaming surgery this, surgery that...You know me, Engelo, those pricks aren't touching my back unless I can't move.

We have developed buildings specifically to lease to physicians, small outpatient surgery, labs, etc.

I was lucky to have my brain annuerism at home when she was around just two days before my scheduled surgery that was preventive towards what happened.  

I’m currently an orthopedic surgery resident and have about 3 years of training left before my personal income drastically increases.
