The rich push striaght south and into the South Eastern sides near Harrisburg.

Its time consuming but is a great way to know who owns properties in your target area.I have also been looking into joining some southeastern Wisconsin groups to help network and get connected with other investors and vendors.

Interestingly, a Virginia based aluminum siding contractor was so charged in the same manner and successfully defended their prices by utilizing several defenses:One, they were working in lower income areas where theft was common and they built the cost of shrinkage into every job they did in those areas.

A good way to check if they are still in the property is by placing small aluminum 8x9 baking pans with water and dish soap on the floor, spread them through out the rooms.

I suspect that you will find that the complex was equipped with Federal Pacific breaker boxes and aluminum wiring...How much per unit are you considering paying for this "down to the studs" complex?

Aluminum wiring is a fire hazard.
