Your agent represents you and needs to know what's going on, and they can usually glean some extra details from the MLS and/or a phone call to a listing agent prior to making said offer, and advise you accordingly.Furthermore, no listing agent worth their salt is going to tell you, "sure...my buyer will accept an offer of X amount".

It is a peer and beam style home.A good first move would be to get an arrow staple  gun and Staple some thick plastic over all of the windows on the outside and all over the holes on the walls on the outside and over the doors to keep the interior sealed .

I'm not a lawyer, and I'm not in your state, so take this with a grain of salt but-If "accepted an offer" means that you signed a legally binding contract that doesn't provide you with an out, then the short answer is no, you cannot legally cancel the sale.
