Having worked in and around real estate including loan side for both residential and smaller specialized commercial (medical), renovation and new construction/new build with a broker & brokerage founder (who has since retired) I know from him that in addition to reputable property managers, contractors and architects we had accountants including a forensic accountant on the loan side and a handful of real estate attorneys with one on retainer.

that go with that/group of necessaries form/found becaused to) living in/on our property, OR founding/forming a residential care facility for elderly (i don't really get what the difference is btwn the 2 dwellings bcs i would expedite either as: non-medical: household management of operations-having agencies come in and do/multi task, of things-alongside helping mom have care..having agenting help with household actions (a human swiss army knife-springs to mind-as to how resourceful/vast in skills i'd look for her to be expediting for us) i hope that i'm making sense/being congruent with what i'm asking. can you help me?

One became an enterprise, one became a veterinary office, one got demo'd and had 10-15 townhomes built on the property, and there is one in my neighborhood that has been for lease for a couple years now and still vacant (not sure if the owner is really just land banking it, since he owns the adjacent property too, a former medical supply store).All that being said, I do not see this property as being something that will be easy or cheap to re-lease.

I'd say stay around the university or medical center, but you'd have a hard time finding a property that cash flows at 8% interest.
