I have a partner who is working with me on this one, she's an eager learner looking to learn more about the business, so this is a great learning experience for not only me, but her as well.

WHO finances this stuff ... make strategic banking contracts.for me it took years. ( flow learner and well you have ups and downs in the economy like 08 when it all froze).

I personally am a visual learner so watching videos is my number one go to!

I am also a physical, hands on learner so I am also interested in taking meetings or calls to learn more about the business. 

I'm more of a hands on learner, but as you know it is pretty difficult to have the time to get that experience while you are in the service, raising a family, etc.
