Wholesaling Real Estate Beginner

My name is DMariea Williams and I recently came across wholesaling real estate about a couple weeks ago. Ever since, I’ve been very intrigued and have done quite a bit of research to gain more knowledge. I’m currently a college student at UNLV, going into my sophomore year majoring in Business. 
I have always been interested in generating multiple sources of income and trying to jump ahead of the pack by starting to create business and gain connections way before I even graduate in 2023. 
I am a Las Vegas native with interest of more knowledge and tips from those who came before me. I am also a physical, hands on learner so I am also interested in taking meetings or calls to learn more about the business.
