Then profiled a local RE firm that offers a bootcamp for a fee, apparently to mentor mainly female first time homebuyers, on buying a first house as an stepping stone investment property to be house hacked until #2, then airbnb'ed or rented out.  

I was sent a text with screen shots of their arguement by the female tenant from the male tenant and it was alot of name calling and cussing but no line was crossed from either one of them ina threatening matter.

Plus the female roommate referred to using my bank account in the near future to wire her mother money in Asia, which is basically the beginning of every internet scam.I had an argument with the couple at the beginning of January 2020 and I began looking for a new place to live.

Also dealt with my first contractor who didn't want to listen to me (female), but reacted much more promptly when I had my husband repeat my concerns and requests.

Any cool female investors want to share a room?

IF so, maybe you can delay or have your wife /female person come with you and let them know theat.

So the tenant,  the male left and we broke the old contract and put only one name,  the female.

Before we get into bed with them, however, I thought we would lean on the BP community to see if anyone has ever worked with this company and what their experience was with them.Or, if you've had really great experience with another company that offers competitive rates, please provide recommendations.Or, if you know of any companies that are seeking to work with a female, veteran-owned business...please send them my way :)Thank you!!
