@Anthony Finelli check your mortgage paperwork for the Truth-In-Lending form to find your APR.APR is your effective interest rate including interest, MIP and closing costs.If you can refinance the rental at a cheaper rate than the APR, then you should!

For me the area I was concerned with was estimating costs.

Their success speaks volumes however, its a bit much for me to stomach for a potential benefit. 

I am going to send an email requesting that I be contacted for these expenses, but is it also fair for me to request reimbursement?

For me, the permitting process with Delta went well.

In this area MTR works well, also signing slightly longer term rentals for the school year and then doing a couple month long MTR for the summer has worked for me in the past.

Might be a little bit down the road for me, but that is for sure dream that will come true...One Chicago's best features is the lake, which I'd like more access to.
