I agree with @Jonathan Greene that the question is vague, so my advice will have to be as well.The short answer: MTRs are real estate, so just like all real estate, any place that can long-term-rent cash flow with increasing jobs/population can be a suitable site to purchase.

It's difficult to have a site with the functionality of BP that works the same on an app; a lot of designers are moving towards phone-optimizing language that essentially gives you the website on your phone without you having to pinch or drag to make the view make sense.

You will want to insure a number of things as an MTR landlord: your interest in the building itself (owner's policy), your contents (owner's policy), your interests if a renter or guest is hurt on-site (landlord policy), and possibly flood, wind, lost-income policies.

we do have to remember and I know its 10 years ago and many on this site are post GFC investor and know no better.. but were do you think all these deals came from... back in 2010 to 2014 it was not from well performing assets it was from stressed and failed owners.
