Think about the policies and communications around the classic boy/girl friend and unauthorized person lease terms and procedures (from on-boarding through screening and lease signing).....But if it is really too stressful, look at your scale (is duplex or ten-plex right for you and your work/life balance), your market (the neighborhood --working class or upper class), your team (like a good eviction lawyer or contractor) and see if it is a good fit...

Let's not throw  the baby out with the bathwater! 

Especially with the rising age of the baby boomers, I can see a growing need for accessible housing for the elderly wanting to downsize or diminish the effort of maintaining a single family home. 

One is for women only (sorry guys, but I'm trying to help my girls invest and grow their wealth..it's my mission lol) and another that is open to anyone interested in learning about STR/Vacation Rental and LTR investing in the area.

I recently had a baby girl and am extremely anxious about getting stuck in the rat race and not providing the life she deserves.
