You know how Florida is communities are tucked behind walls so I would do searches on the surrounding areas just to make sure you're in one of the better neighborhoods. good luck. search Crexi I think they had a lot of listing.

I find 16' to be a good length... it's not as large and hard to tuck away as a 30', and realistically anything more than 16' you're probably going to use the wheel anyway.I also carry a small, pocket-sized 12' tape with me at all times.

The house is being extensively remodeled, contractors crawling on top of each other …we have painters in one room, cabinet guy finishing crown molding on those 42” cherry beauties, there is a deck guy shooting the heck out of nail gun outside, garage guys patching the siding, mortar guy patching and tuck-pointing the chimney in other words … scheduling mess, aka typical flip scenario ohh and there is a plumber who just pulled in hoping to replace the missing copper The guy walks to the basement and falls down the stairs (faulty railing).

Put refrigerator right next to entrance of kitchen where stairway was removed, or tuck it into the corner where the stairway used to be to open it up more?
