I am headed to Montana for a wedding Thursday to Monday.

Just saw the challenge...was out of town for a week, I' ll amp up the challenge for myself and average one offer a day for this week.Had one offer accepted by the bank on Friday while I was at a wedding in Fla, another acceptance notice in my email when I got back from the beach today, both offers were submitted a couple weeks ago.

I hope this isn't considered trolling, as that's not the intention.I'm developing 2 to 4 Very Large Vacation Homes / All Inclusive Wedding Venues per year and am looking to forge a relationship with a Private Equity Based Lender to effectively make it happen.

I responded, congratulated her on her wedding, and politely explained that unless she is the victim of domestic abuse or is a member of the armed services with official orders, she is contractually obligated to pay rent until the end of the lease. 

I grew up around real estate/title (family business) I’ve been investing since 25 and even my first home build (forever home until retirement home) we bought and settled same week I paid for a wedding.
